Sneak Peak of the Next BIG Update!

I'm back from vacation and I've made some progress since the last update. There's still some more work to be done before I post the next video of my progress, but for now, here's a couple screenshots of what's to come! Also, if anyone is an animator or has 3d animation skills and would like to help out, let me know (that's another hint for what's coming in the next update ;) ). Also, if you'd like me to also make a video tutorial of how to make simple holograms for the Microsoft HoloLens, please vote in the poll to the right of the page. Anyways, in the meantime, enjoy!

As always, feel free to post any comments or suggestions you might have and don't worry, this next update will be a lot bigger than the previous one! Stay tuned and see you guys next time! :D

Sneak Peak Of The Next Update!

Here's a little sneak peak of what's coming up in the next update! This is being run in the HoloLens emulator so that's why the background is all black.

Some Extra Screenshots

Here are some higher quality screenshots of the game in action. The HoloLens only has a 2.4 MP camera for taking pictures so unfortunately this quality is about as good as it'll get for now.

1st look at game! (Early Pre-Alpha Footage)

I'm excited to show you guys the progress I've made with the Yugioh game so far. The game is really rough at this point and all it does is display your hand holographically and lets you summon some monsters. There's still a lot of work to do on the basic game mechanics and I'm going to look into reaching out to the developers of DevPro and YGOPro to see if they'd like to help out in creating this holographic version of YuGiOh. In the meantime, enjoy the video and stay tuned cause there's a lot more coming!

If anyone is a software developer or 3D modeler and would like to help, let me know! I could use all the help I can get. If you'd also like to donate money to help support the project, anything would be greatly appreciated! Thanks everyone!

Welcome!

Hey everyone! Welcome to the Yugioh For HoloLens blog. I'll be posting regular updates about the progress of my Yugioh game for the HoloLens here. Ever since I was little, I've been really fascinated by the concept of Yugioh and now that the Microsoft HoloLens has finally been released for developers, I managed to get my hands on one and I can finally use this opportunity to make Yugioh a reality. Make sure to follow for the latest updates!
